Grants, NM – Fatal Collision on I-40 Near MM 89 Injures One

Grants, NM (April 24, 2024) – A fatal accident occurred on I-40 near mile marker 89, close to Grants. The crash involved a Honda passenger vehicle and a commercial vehicle. Waterflow, NM – Fatal Camp Trailer Fire on Rd 6940 Results in One Death and Injuries

Waterflow, NM (April 5, 2024) – Early Wednesday, April 3, a deadly fire in a camp trailer claimed one life in Waterflow, located on Rd 6940. San Juan County Fire & Rescue, assisted by Farmington Fire Department, responded to the emergency just after 4 a.m.

Upon arrival, crews discovered the trailer ablaze with one individual trapped inside and another sustaining injuries. The injured person received prompt medical treatment and was later released from the hospital. Unfortunately, the individual inside the trailer was found deceased after the fire was extinguished.

The San Juan County Joint Fire & Explosion Investigation Task Force is currently investigating the cause of the fire.

Albuquerque, NM – Motorcyclist Fatality in Collision with Sedan at 86th St and Sedge Creek Rd SW
