Rio Rancho, NM (October 25, 2023) – On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, a man and his dog tragically lost their lives. The incident took place around 5:53 a.m. on Terraza Blvd in the Loma Colorado subdivision. Early reports suggest the man was walking his dog when a vehicle struck them.
Emergency teams responded swiftly, providing medical aid. Unfortunately, they pronounced the man dead at the scene. Authorities have yet to release the identity of the deceased.
