Albuquerque, NM (August 15, 2024) – The Albuquerque Police Department is mourning the tragic loss of Officer Bianca Quintana, who was killed in a hit-and-run accident early Wednesday morning, August 14. The incident occurred shortly before 1 AM as Officer Quintana was walking near Coors and Chapulin.
According to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle involved did not remain at the scene, and authorities are actively searching for the suspect.
