Albuquerque, NM (August 19, 2024) – A fatal crash occurred early Sunday morning, August 18, at Central Ave and 47th St. Authorities report that a truck lost control while travelling east on Central Ave around 3 a.m. The truck veered into the westbound lanes and collided with another vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle was killed in the crash. The truck driver and passenger were hospitalized with injuries. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
