Albuquerque, NM – Vehicle Accident with Trapped Victims on I-40 WB

Albuquerque, NM (September 21, 2024) – On Saturday morning at approximately 8:50 AM, Albuquerque Fire Rescue (AFR) responded to a serious vehicle accident on Interstate 40 Westbound (WB), just east of the Coors exit. The incident involved a rolled-over travel trailer and a van with two occupants trapped inside.

Emergency units, including Engine 4, Rescue 4, Squad 2, and Battalion Chief 1, arrived on the scene to assess the situation.
