Reports indicate that one of the vehicles involved rolled over during the collision, and a bystander noted that there was a gas line leaking gas in the vicinity.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found two individuals with serious injuries. Rescue units from Albuquerque Fire Rescue, specifically Rescue 4 and Rescue 5, provided immediate medical assistance and transported the injured parties to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
