Los Alamos, NM – Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident with Injuries on NM Hwy 502 near Camino Entrada

Los Alamos, NM (September 7, 2024) – A two-vehicle crash early Friday morning, September 6 resulted in the death of a 69-year-old man and injuries to a 22-year-old woman. The accident occurred at approximately 5:16 a.m. on NM Hwy 502, near Camino Entrada, when police received a 911 call about the collision.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported both individuals to Los Alamos Medical Center. While the woman was treated for minor injuries, the man died from his injuries at the hospital despite medical efforts. His identity has not yet been released.
